Estero’s Newest Community: RiverCreek
Today, I’m covering one of Estero’s newest communities of known as RiverCreek, a new gated community located Corkscrew Road in Estero. The community features several lakes and over half of the acreage is dedicated to undeveloped preserves. The developer of RiverCreek is GL Homes. Here’s a community overview below of what RiverCreek brings to the table.
Amenities
At the center of RiverCreek you’ll find the 12,000 square foot Clubhouse filled with resort-style amenities that offer events, clubs, and entertainment, designed with the whole family in mind. With a stunning resort-style pool, complete with sundeck, and shade cabanas, the Clubhouse is the perfect place to spend the afternoon soaking up the Florida sunshine. The kids will love the interactive splash park and shaded playground where they can play throughout the day. The amenities span over a total of 4-acres.
There are four tennis courts, six pickleball courts and two bocce courts all with shade pavilions and and fully lighted for those who take up the court after the sunsets.
Location
One of the best parts about RiverCreek is hands down the location. The community gives you easy access to plenty of shopping and within 15 minutes of two malls- Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point. You are also close to dining, great schools, airports and a short drive to the interstate. It’ll take you about 30 minutes to reach the beach, but you are in the middle of Naples and Fort Myers so you’ll have your pick of which way to go to find your favorite beach spot.
Home Options
RiverCreek offers you seven different floorplans starting from the $560,000’s. You’ll have the option to choose from a one or two-story home with floorplans that range from approximately 1,900 to over 4,300 square feet, and include up to five bedrooms, master suites upstairs or downstairs, 2-3 car garages and plenty of flexible living spaces.
One of our favorites is the Canyon model, you’d be able to get 3 bedrooms plus a den all around $650,000 with a covered patio and screened lanai all in a one story layout.
