Office Hours

• Our office staff is available during these hours for calls, updates, and general inquiries.
• Weekends: Rotating agent coverage
• While we may not be available for every incoming call, we do monitor messages and follow up on leads and urgent matters as needed.

Open Houses

• We typically recommend one open house per month depending on your property’s activity and market conditions.
• Our team will work with you to schedule and promote open houses for the best exposure.

Showing Feedback

• We always aim to collect and share showing feedback within 24 hours, though this depends on buyer agent response.
• We follow up proactively to gather feedback, but cannot guarantee all agents will respond.

Managing Expectations

• While we strive to provide timely communication and strong marketing, please know that not all aspects of the process are within our control (e.g., market shifts, showing agent availability, etc.).
• Our commitment is to transparency, timely updates, and advocating for your best interests throughout the process.
