The development is planned to feature up to 299 luxury residences alongside approximately 100,000 square feet of boutique retail, dining, and professional services. Together, these elements will form a sophisticated new lifestyle hub along the prestigious Bonita Beach Road corridor.

Bringing the project to life required a series of strategic approvals by the City of Bonita Springs. These included annexing property formerly under Lee County jurisdiction, amending the city’s comprehensive plan, and rezoning land to accommodate the project’s long-term vision while meeting modern development standards.

Throughout the approval process, city leaders and neighboring residents voiced concerns regarding traffic flow, development pacing, and overall impact. In response, Seagate Development Group committed to meaningful conditions designed to protect the surrounding community.

Additionally, Seagate will fully fund a new traffic signal at a nearby intersection should future traffic studies determine one is necessary.

With all major approvals now secured, Revana Lakes is expected to move into detailed design and permitting. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2027, with the first residents projected to take occupancy in 2028.
