Pelican Landing: Premier Golfing Community

Pelican Landing: Premier Golfing Community

Today, Pelican Landing is on my list to review for you! Pelican Landing is a 2,365-acre master-planned gated community located in Bonita Springs, Florida. This community delivers the lifestyle of a premier golfing community in a magical setting along the pristine Estero Bay and Spring Creek. Native fauna including sabal palms, slash pines and wild palmettos lend a truly native Floridian feeling to this beautiful community.

Pelican Landing Amenities

Pelican Landing offers a variety of amenities including the following:

The Nest Golf Club: The Nest provides golf for members of the club. You’ll have two options The Gator Course and The Hurricane Course, and both have been completely renovated in 2018. The courses have been featured in several magazines including By Design Magazine and Golf Aficionado Magazine.

Fitness Center: The Fitness Center, located in the Community Center, is a Pelican Landing Community Association amenity. The Association maintains this 2,400 square foot, state-of-the-art Fitness Center equipped with cardiovascular and resistance equipment permitting both aerobic and strength training for a balanced exercise program. The Fitness Center offers the opportunity for any resident of Pelican Landing to get physically fit. A list of personal trainers is available from the Activities Director.

Bocce Court: The bocce courts are located behind the Community Center. During the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 p.m. daily, bocce courts can be reserved for play. Residents may reserve a bocce court up to three days in advance by visiting the Community Center front desk. For all other hours, bocce courts can be used by those who have their own equipment on a first come, first served basis.

Other notable amenities including the sailing, tennis, and a canoe/kayak park.
