All I ask is that you notify me of your dissatisfaction in writing (email is perfectly fine) and allow me 48 hours to resolve the issue. If I’m unable to meet your expectations within that time, I will promptly release you from the agreement. In the event of cancellation, the “protection period” clause in the listing agreement will still apply as required.
