Rate buydowns, closing-cost credits, design credits and quick move-in specials change often, sometimes weekly. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll send the current offers that fit.
What you’ll get
A credit toward lender, title and prepaid costs at closing. These are frequently tied to using the builder’s affiliated mortgage and title companies.
The builder pays to lower your interest rate, either for the first year or two (a temporary buydown) or for the life of the loan. A permanent buydown can save more over time; a temporary one lowers early payments.
Credits toward the design studio or structural options, or upgrades included at no added cost.
Builders often price completed or nearly completed homes to sell, especially near the end of a quarter or year.
An incentive is only as good as the whole deal. Compare an official Loan Estimate from the builder’s lender with one from an outside lender for the same loan, and look at the rate, fees and cash to close after the credit. We’ll help you run the numbers.
Incentives are set by each builder, may be limited to specific homes or lenders, can change or end without notice, and must be confirmed in writing with the builder.
No obligation. A KBRE specialist will reply with current offers.
