The Colony At Pelican Landing’s Amenities

Located on Estero Bay is The Colony Bay Club, it is home to The Colony Foundation Administrative offices as well as a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner that is open to all Colony residents. It features a formal dining area on the second floor and a more casual dining experience on the third floor known as The Top of The Bay. The Pelican Landing Tennis Center has 12 Har-Tru Courts, a USPTA-certified professional, an assistant, a registration desk and pro shop. The Tennis Center is open to residents daily and seven courts have lighting for night play. There are organized tournaments, tennis socials and league play with other communities around Southwest Florida. A full complement of group and individual lessons options are available for a fee. The Tennis Center also includes an air-conditioned social room that is ideal for meetings, card and board games, or social events. It is open to all residents and can be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis for parties and meetings.
